Community Rules
Chiviando works when the community treats each other well and posts honestly. These rules apply to everyone.

Be clear
When you post a chivo, explain what you need, where, when, and how much you can pay.
When you make an offer, say what you would do and for how much. Avoid ambiguity that can cause problems later.
Be respectful
Treat others with respect. We do not allow insults, threats, discrimination, or harassment.
If someone treats you badly, report them instead of responding in kind.
Stay in the app
Coordinate the chivo in Chiviando. Do not share phone numbers, emails, or social networks in posts, comments, or public offers.
Coordinating outside the app is at your own risk and makes it harder to resolve problems afterward.
Do not post illegal or unsafe work
It is prohibited to request or offer illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, adult work, or work involving weapons, drugs, or evading laws.
Licensed services (electricity, plumbing, construction, transportation, care) must be presented safely and by qualified people.
Protect your safety
Use your own judgment before hiring or accepting a chivo. Agree on the details clearly and, when possible, meet in public places.
A verified badge only means we reviewed an identity document: it is not a background check or guarantee that a person is safe. Do not share sensitive information that is not necessary for the chivo.
No spam, scams, or impersonation
Do not post spam, get-rich-quick schemes, misleading links, or attempt to defraud other users.
Do not impersonate another person or business, create false accounts, or manipulate reviews or platform visibility.
Leave honest reviews
Reviews are the basis of trust in Chiviando. Rate truthfully and comment on facts, not rumors.
Reviews of a chivo appear only after it is completed, cancelled, or reopened.
How we moderate
The content you post is automatically reviewed before publication, and the community can report anything that does not follow the rules.
We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, removing the content and removing the responsible user from the platform.
Report problems
If you see content or conduct that violates the rules, use the report or block button.
The team will review it and take action. Administrative actions are recorded for internal transparency.
Consequences
Depending on severity, a violation may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
If you believe we made a decision in error, email support@chiviando.com and we will review it.
