Chiviando Does Not Handle Payments
It is important to understand how money works on Chiviando before you begin.

The agreement is between users
Chiviando is a discovery, communication, and trust platform. It does not process chivo payments, hold escrow, charge a commission on work, or mediate payment disputes.
Any economic agreement is directly between the customer and chiviador.
Coordinate in chat
When a chiviador is accepted and confirms, a private chat opens within Chiviando.
Use the chat to agree on the final amount, materials, date, time, and payment method. Make it clear before you start.
Review before accepting
Before accepting an offer, look at the chiviador’s profile: rating, reviews, completed chivos, and verification or business badges.
Visible trust, not a blind decision.
Outside the app is at your risk
If you coordinate or pay outside Chiviando, you do so at your own risk and we cannot help resolve problems with that transaction.
Chiviando may charge for platform products such as boosts and subscriptions. Those payments are separate from any payment for work.
