Intellectual Property Complaints

We respect copyright and trademark rights. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your rights.

What you can report

You can report photos, logos, text, offers, reviews, or other content published on Chiviando when you have a good-faith belief that it infringes copyright, trademark, or another intellectual-property right.

Information for review

Email support@chiviando.com with your contact information, a link or sufficient description of the content, a description of the right you claim, and an explanation of your good-faith belief. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed to assess the report.

You must provide accurate information. A report is not an automatic decision: we may request additional information, restrict or remove content where appropriate, or preserve evidence for safety or legal compliance.

Limits of this process

This page does not promise a particular outcome or replace legal advice. We do not state a counter-notice procedure or DMCA designation until that process has been expressly approved and published.
